Delete my account

You can delete your MoneyWr account yourself, from the application, at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent: no waiting period, no confirmation email to wait for, no data kept “just in case”.

From the application

1. Open MoneyWr and go to Settings , at the bottom right.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete my account .
3. Enter your password to confirm.

Your account is deleted on the spot and a confirmation email is sent to you.

What is erased

• your account: email address, name, phone number, password;
• your budget: income, fixed expenses, adjustments, savings accounts;
• your projects, expenses and unexpected income;
• your bank connections and all the imported transactions;
• your subscription on the MoneyWr side, your recognised devices, your preferences;
• the technical logs you may have sent for troubleshooting.

A subscription taken out through Google Play is cancelled in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions): deleting the account does not stop it automatically, and Google remains your point of contact for billing.

Without access to the application

If you can no longer open the application, write to contact@moneywr.fr from the email address of your account. Deletion is carried out within 30 days, with a confirmation by email.

What remains

Nothing on the MoneyWr side. The server’s technical backups are overwritten within 30 days. The data you have exported yourself (JSON file) stays on your device.
