Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the MoneyWr application and the account that goes with it. You accept them by creating an account; the app records the date and the version accepted. When they change, the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue.

The service is provided by Process Software, EURL (a French single-member private limited company), whose registered office is at 20 rue Kléber, 92320 Châtillon, France (RCS Nanterre 2026 B 02976). Full details are given in the legal notice.

1. The service

MoneyWr is a personal budgeting tool: you enter (or connect) your income, expenses, projects and transactions, the app works out where you stand and where you will be at the end of the year, and warns you before payments are taken and when something unexpected appears on your account. It is not financial advice, not investment advice and not a payment institution: no money passes through MoneyWr.

2. The account

• One account per person, with a valid email address that you confirm with a code. You are 16 or older.
• The password and the lock code are yours: do not share them. A new device must be confirmed with a code.
• You can change your password, remove a device and delete your account at any time from the app.

3. The subscription

The manual budget is free with no time limit. The bank connection, unlimited projects and AI analysis are part of the Essential and Premium plans, purchased and billed through Google Play. A 30-day Premium trial is offered when you create your account, with no commitment. Cancellation is done in Google Play; it takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4. The bank connection

It goes through a licensed provider (Bridge), which reads your transactions in read-only mode, with your explicit consent given at your bank. MoneyWr never knows your banking credentials and cannot initiate any payment. You can disconnect a bank at any time; the imported transactions are then deleted.

5. Your data

It belongs to you. What the app collects, why and for how long is described in the privacy policy . You can export it (JSON) and erase it by deleting your account: how to do it .

6. What you agree not to do

• use another person’s account, or let someone use yours;
• attempt to bypass the security of the service, overload it or decompile it;
• use MoneyWr for any illegal activity.

7. Liability

MoneyWr is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, without guaranteeing it: a bank may delay a transaction, and a calculation relies on what you have entered. Decisions made on the basis of the app remain yours. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription over the previous twelve months.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after notifying you by email except in urgent cases. If the service were to close, you would be notified at least 60 days beforehand, with the option to export your data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, please write to us first at contact@moneywr.fr ; failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may have recourse to consumer mediation.
